Our institutions, Shunyokai Central Hospital and Sangu-bashi Spine Surgery Hospital, are designated core training facilities for the Japanese Society for Spine Surgery and Related Research's spine and spinal cord surgery specialist training program. We are dedicated to training the next generation of spine and spinal cord surgery specialists. Doctors affiliated with our organization regularly participate in surgical observations and training at other hospitals, both domestic and international, to improve their surgical skills.
At our hospital, we accept surgery observations and have faculty members with qualifications in LLIF (Lateral Lumbar Interbody Fusion) and BKP (Balloon Kyphoplasty) for spinal fixation and treatment of spinal compression fractures, respectively. These faculty members are dedicated to the dissemination of surgical techniques through the observation of surgeries.
