Promotion of paternity leave for childcare purposes.

Create an environment where it is easy for employees to take paid leave and nursing leave. Encourage male employees whose spouses have given birth to take paternity leave.

Track the paid leave utilization rate for each employee and department, aiming for an annual utilization rate of 70% or higher for all employees.
- From April 2022: Monitor the paid leave utilization rate of each employee.
- From April 2023: Assess the current situation in departments with low paid leave utilization rates.
- From April 2023: Consider measures to improve the paid leave utilization rate.

- Achieve a paid leave utilization rate of 70% or higher among all employees.
- Strengthen the training system for new employees to increase the average length of service.
③Initiative Details and Implementation Timeline:
Analyze the current average length of service, understand the current situation and reasons for employee turnover, and extend the average length of service by reducing the turnover rate.
- From April 2022: Conduct an analysis of the current situation (by job type and years of service before turnover).
- From October 2022: Assess the current training systems for new employees in each department and job type.
- From April 2023: Implement measures to strengthen the training system for new employees and reduce the turnover rate.
